Banana-Green Smoothie
I love a good smoothie for an after workout recovery drink. Try this quick, easy and nutritious one after your next workout or, have as a morning/afternoon snack!
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop protein powder (I use vanilla but plain would also work)
- 1 banana
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp flax seed
- 1 cup water or almond milk
Directions:
Blend all ingredients together and add ice as needed for thickness. Pour into glass and enjoy!
