Detox Vegan Green Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Almond Milk Organic Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 small handful of flat, fresh leafed parsley
  • 1 cup sliced apple
  • Ice as needed for consistency

**Note, I find the Almond Milk Greek Yogurt at Whole Foods.  I simply use this one because it is dairy free; however, if you don’t get bothered by dairy, regular Greek yogurt would work too.

Directions:

Blend all ingredients together and enjoy!
