Greek Yogurt = Mayo = Sour Cream

If you have not yet switched over to Greek Yogurt as your condiment of choice when looking to make a sandwich or top a taco, I am telling you right now this is one of the easiest clean eating fixes you can do.

I use Greek Yogurt on everything!  I use it for a mayonnaise supplement in anything and everything that requires mayonnaise and i promise it tastes just as good – if not better in my opinion.  When something requires sour cream, I do the exact same thing and replace it with non-fat Greek Yogurt.  Not only are you taking away the fat and excess things from the mayo and sour cream, but you are also adding that extra bit of good, clean protein that comes from the Greek yogurt.
